Bobby the Ball was originally created in 2001 from a homework assignment at a Spirit of Caregiving workshop. The story is inspired by the loss of my thryoid. Bobby the ball looses the ability to bounce. The doctor patches him up and he can still bounce but in different ways. It's intention was to show pediatric patients that they could bounce back from injuries. Here, I applied a 3-D modeling technique to create the world of Bobby the Ball:
